We may accept representation of individuals in need of various kinds of legal help. Principally, we are experienced and qualified to represent individuals involved in serious auto accidents, minor auto accidents, premises liability, dog bites, slip and fall, products liability, and wrongful death.
About Attorney Ray Kline
Attorney Kline is a dedicated personal injury lawyer, and he started Kline Law Office several years ago to serve the injured in North Carolina. Mr. Kline grew up in Hadley, Massachusetts and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he attained the rank of Eagle Scout and traveled the southeastern U.S. to play in chess tournaments.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Bachelor of Arts in Political Science) and from Boston University School of Law. At UNC, Mr. Kline served as a chair and judge on the Undergraduate Honor Court. While in Boston, he served on the editorial board of the Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law. He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the North Carolina State Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Kline is admitted to practice in all of the federal and state courts in North Carolina, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to jury verdict in North Carolina, and he proudly represents the injured.
Case Management
Laura Coutts works as senior case manager for Kline Law Office. Ms. Coutts has worked on hundreds of personal injury cases in her work as an adjuster in the insurance business. She has also worked on hundreds of personal injury cases as the lead assistant to Attorney Ray Kline and, previously, another prominent North Carolina attorney. Ms. Coutts graduated from the College of Charleston, where she majored in Philosophy and minored in Psychology.
